GOOD TO KNOW

Frequently Asked Questions

A little clarity for your planning.

Thoughtful answers

Before you enquire.

Are these fresh flowers?

No. The concept focuses on realistic artificial (faux) wedding flower arrangements for hire, rather than fresh-cut floristry.

Do you have the exact arrangements in the pictures?

Not necessarily. Site photography is generated styling inspiration, not confirmed hire inventory. Please enquire about available pieces and colours.

How much does wedding flower hire cost?

Hire costs depend on confirmed items, quantities, date, venue and services required. There is no published fixed-price list.

Can you deliver, install and collect the flowers?

These arrangements must be checked for your location and individual quotation. No delivery, installation or collection service is promised without confirmation.

How early should I enquire?

As soon as you have a wedding date and venue in mind is a sensible starting point. Submitting a request does not hold or reserve that date.

Can arrangements be used for both the ceremony and reception?

Some pieces may suit both spaces, but moving them depends on construction, timings, venue access and whether a repositioning service is agreed.

Can I choose colours to match my wedding?

Please describe your preferred palette. The colours and individual floral combinations available will need to be confirmed against actual stock.

Do you cover my venue?

The enquiry focus is the Midlands, but precise coverage is assessed case by case. Share your venue name and town or postcode.

How do I book?

First submit an enquiry. Any later booking process, pricing, payment and terms will be confirmed separately. The form itself does not create a reservation.

What happens if I need to change my plans?

Changes and cancellations depend on the terms agreed for a particular hire. No cancellation or refund policy is advertised before the business has approved one.
